Why fixed quotes?

When every project has different requirements, timeframes, and business outcomes, flat rates don't make sense.

I offer fixed quotes for each project so you (and I) get peace of mind and certainty.

  1. It helps with your budgeting: a fixed price means you know exactly what everything is going to cost.
  2. It gives you peace of mind: the price won't change. And if a project takes longer than expected? That's my problem, not yours.

Every quote I offer includes any necessary briefing calls and interviews with your experts, customers, and third-parties. They also include two rounds of amends to make sure Your Copy Righter is just right.

Web copy

The shop window that sells while you're sleeping. This is one we want to make sure we get right, so you're putting your best foot forward at all times.

A 5-page website can range between £1,950 and £5,950.

Case studies

We're not talking a couple of paragraphs and a fake quote here; this is a proper customer interview full of pure gold your competitors just can't manage.

I charge between £490 and £1,090 for case studies.

White papers

We're talking substantial research, interviews with both your experts, third-party experts, and your customers. A lot of work goes into a solid white paper.

With that in mind, set your budget engines between £1,950 and £4,950.

Remember: you're one click away from losing access to someone's inbox. From announcements to educational courses, newsletters to auto-responders, you want to knock it out of the park every time.

For series of 5 emails, tune your frequencies between £1,750 and £2,490.

Naming products, devising slogans, positioning, internal guides. This is existential stuff, helping you and your teams understand who you are and helping prospects understand why they should buy from you.

There's a lot of range to brand work, so I've charged as low as £700 and as high as £4,950.

What a difference a day rates

Yes, I quote on a project basis. But I appreciate you may need a day rate to compare with other writers.

When your copy regularly brings in £100,000s of revenue, it’s no surprise that there are some copywriters out there charging £2,000 a day.
